High temperature Vacuum furnace is designed and produced by our company, which widely used in the heat treatment of metallic material in high vacuum, in reducibility or protective atmosphere. Can also be used for special heat treatment of materials such as carbon products in the development process of carbonation.
Used as vacuum furnace, the vacuum system is made of double state rotary vacuum pump and diffusion pump. The max. vacuum rate can reach 10-3Pa.
If used as atmosphere furnace, the furnace can be charged into N2, Ar and other inert gas. It's very ideal for lab usage.
